Choir Festival organised by Folkworks at Newcastle Playhouse.
Commissioned to arrange three songs from the repertoire of Roy Bailey for the Newcastle College Choir 'Free Voices', conducted by Katherine Zeserson, to sing with Roy Bailey as part of a four-day festival celebrating the diversity of vocal styles.
  VOICES 2000
The Wren Trust
Commissioned by Devon's Folk Music Project, The Wren Trust, to write and arrange two new songs for choirs to perform at their millennium celebration in song at a concert in Plymouth. 'The Song of the Weaver' for the Exeter Choir, and 'From the Moor to the Sea' for the South Devon Choir.
  LITTLE GREY RABBIT
ITV Children's series. Directed by Jean Flynn, Produced by Dan Maddicott
Invited by Martin Carthy to join him and his daughter, Eliza, in providing a dense soundtrack of traditional English tunes for two series of animated films for the very young, based on the books by Alison Uttley.

Played a few concertina chords in Stephen Warbeck's music - heard in the scene where Nicholas Cage tries his tune out for the first time

The fourth annual Remembrance Day event, with JK as Musical Director and pit orchestra for a specially formed Community Choir singing songs of both World Wars. Recorded and later released as a cassette by the College.

Devised and taught choreography and stylised movement in masks for the chorus of this Greek tragedy in a college production.

Played a few concertina tunes, by composer Trevor Jones, for a street scene in this Victorian story.

Commercial Feature Film
Played a few bars of mad concertina music by composer John Williams, heard in the 'Leaky Cauldron' pub scene.
  FANTASTIC MR. FOX
by Roald Dahl, dramatised by David Wood. The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry. Directed by Kathi Leahy.
Composed and recorded incidental music, and set and rehearsed songs for the company, which comprised a few professional actors and a huge community cast of all ages.
  MR MICAWBER
TV Series starring David Jason.
Accordionist in the band playing composer Nick Bicat's music on the soundtrack.
